Rates & Service Fees for Cleaning / Housekeeping
Hourly Rates – Cleaning / Housekeeping
New Clients: $35/$40 per hour depending on the last thorough clean.
(not including spring clean, vacate clean or after-party clean )
Regular hourly rate from – $35 per hour
On invoice with ABN from – $40 per hour
If you require the cleaner to supply cleaning products, vacuum, bucket and mop etc it is from an additional $20 per booking.
Service Fees
All booking fees are inclusive of credit card fees unless
invoiced via a business.
One-Off / Initial Booking Fee: $45
(not including religious or public holiday bookings)
Inclusions
The booking fee includes:
- Consultation regarding your cleaning.
- Organising the right cleaner/s for you.
- Confirmation via text message.
- Invoice/receipt via Square our payment gateway.
- If any changes need to be made, we are on hand to help.
- If the cleaner becomes unavailable, we will replace them.
Other Important Information
- One-off registration fee: $10
- This includes inputting correct information into Square,
- The database and the booking calendar.
Ongoing/regular weekly service fees:
- One cleaner – $33 per booking
- Two cleaners – $37 per booking
Ongoing/regular fortnightly service fees:
- One cleaner – $35 per booking
- Two cleaners – $39 per booking
Emergency/Same day booking fee: extra $15
Additional Admin fees if applicable: from $15 per booking
Cancellation Fee for regular bookings
If less than 24 hours notice is given the service fee will
be charged unless it is a medical or personal emergency.
Our Services Include
- Food/bar service (inclusive of serving and washing up)
- Cooking and food display
- Party planning and styling
- Before or after party clean up
- All helpers will wash up all dishes including drying and putting away.
- They will leave the kitchen spotless time permitting, this includes all benches, stove and sink areas to be wiped down and the kitchen floor swept and mopped.
- If required they may also clean up the dining areas where the function is held.
Please Note Payment Terms
- The helpers are paid directly via cash at the end of the event,
this is to the closest half an hour. - If ABN receipts are required, via Party Help Group an
additional administration fee of $10 will be charged. - Once the booking has been confirmed, the booking fee/s is non-refundable.
- Under certain circumstances, the booking fees may be transferable.
- The booking fees will only be refunded if the Party Help Group can not meet the
booking requirements. - Additional services are quoted accordingly.
