Service Fees for Party Help

All booking fees are inclusive of credit card fees unless
invoiced via a business.

PARTY HELP BOOKING FEES: $45 per helper

(not including religious or public holiday bookings)

* All services are a minimum of 3 hours

Inclusions

The booking fee includes:

  • A brief consultation regarding your function.
  • Organising the right helper/s for you.
  • Confirmation via text message.
  • Invoice/receipt via Square our payment gateway.
  • If any changes need to be made we are on hand to help.
  • If booked staff become unavailable we will replace them.

Other Important Information

New client/ One off registration fee: $10

This includes registering your information into Square,
the database and the booking calendar.

hourly rates for staff

Food & Basic Bar service – $45 per hour

  • This hourly rate is based on approximately 25 guests per helper for sit down/table service functions.
  • Over 25 guests is an additional $5 per hour.
  • 30 guests per helper for stand up/cocktail functions.
  • Over 30 guests is an additional $5 per hour.
  • Cocktail bar service and food preparation from $50 per hour. Depending on number of guests.
  • Weeknight Special Rate

Weeknight party help Monday to Friday under 20 people
$40 per hour.

* We can offer a pre-party consultation to ensure the required quantity of drinks and mixers are ordered
according to the number of guests and brief.

Glass and Party Equipment Hire

Our cocktail bar staff can supply a variety of glasses, measurers, cocktail shakers, jugs, trays,
tea towels and ice buckets & scoops for a small hire fee.

* Emergency/Same day booking fee: extra $10

Our Services Include

  • Food/bar service (inclusive of serving and washing up)
  • Cooking and food display
  • Party planning and styling
  • Before or after party clean up
  • All helpers will wash up all dishes including drying and putting away.
  • They will leave the kitchen spotless time permitting, this includes all benches, stove and sink areas to be wiped down and the kitchen floor swept and mopped.
  • If required they may also clean up the dining areas where the function is held.

Please Note Payment Terms

  • The helpers are paid directly via cash at the end of the event,
    this is to the closest half an hour.
  • If ABN receipts are required, via Party Help Group an
    additional administration fee of $10 will be charged.
  • Once the booking has been confirmed, the booking fee/s is non-refundable.
  • Under certain circumstances, the booking fees may be transferable.
  • The booking fees will only be refunded if the Party Help Group can not meet the
    booking requirements.
  • Additional services are quoted accordingly.
